As well said by the previous review, the medical team was excellent during my visit, but from the door to the doctor, you want to return before seeing the doctor due to the attitude of non medical staff; they are not very nice.

I needed an appointment quite urgently regarding a scar on my leg. I called the surgery on a Monday and got an appointment for Saturday. I saw a doctor and I must say he was absolutely great. Did some tests and looked at my scar and told me it is eczema. He prescribed some ointment to be used and also cream. He also gave me blood tests to be done. Today he called me to give me the results of my test. In all I am happy with the surgery although sometimes you're left waiting on the phone in the queue for more than 12 mins.

I received a text from a doctor at the surgery confirming that I needed to visit the surgery because my blood results showed I was type 2 diabetic . I arrived at the surgery the following day filled with lots of anxiety. But the doctor I saw on that visit was very warm and welcoming and he put me at ease. He went through my blood results explaining what each one meant, the expected levels and how my own results compared to the expected levels. And in that way i understood what changes i needed to make to improve my blood sugar levels and bring my blood pressure down, without feeling guilt for the unfavourable results. Not only that, but the GP told me what additional measures he would put in place to help me and he followed through on what he said he'd do. So overall my experience at the surgery was a very positive one.
