My overall treatment is the exact opposite of the initial review of a year ago. The staff are lovely, I believe in treating staff how you would wish to be treated and from what I've seen in my experience of customer service, this doesn't always happen. The practice is large and they do their utmost to offer an appointment which is available. If your situation is deemed an emergency, there are daily measures to see you the same day. All you need to do is ring from 8am every morning and speak to reception. Other than this a telephone appointment can be arranged for the doctor to ring you directly. I have never had cause for concern with any element of the practice. I have been registered with a number of practice's during my lifetime and I can honestly say the Olive Family Practice is the best. What I can't tolerate is grumpy-faced staff and attitudes to match. I've received this kind of reception in doctor's surgeries and elsewhere. It's really depressing and off-putting. Thank goodness for the Olive Family Practice, I say. Others should take a leaf from their book. ??????

On Thursday 29th August at night I had very strong pains in my ribs sustained by a colliding with a bicker and I could not cough or sneeze or sleep. In the morning of Friday 30th August I phoned the surgery and I got an appointment to see a doctor. The doctor I saw was very professional and very good. The treatment was excellent and I am well on the way to recovery. Each and every staff are excellent.
