Passed from pillar to post by staff who did it seem to understand my situation. Left little lever surgery utterly frustrated ,angry and distressed at the unhelpful attitude of the reception staff. | |||||||

I only moved to the practice in November are moving house. I have several conditions needing appointments for bloods and doctors, I have always been treated with great respect by everyone I've seen. I needed an emergency appointment a few weeks ago and had no problem getting one. | |||||||
