Every week and I mean every week iv got to constantly ring them to sort my prescription out which iv been on for over 15 year now and for some reason they never do it even the chemist try with them and get no were like now was due it on Tuesday and still not done it and its impossible to get an appointment with them or you have got to wait 4 weeks for one. And the way the reception staff speak to you is absolutely disgusting no need in it what so ever and I shouldn't have to do this every week to get my prescription fair enough if it only happened a couple of times but its every week literally something needs to be done about it and stop taking more patients on when you carnt even see the ones you have already got | |||||||

If anyone is thinking of registering at this practice, my advice is dont. They give you appointment times, when you turn up well in advance of your time slot, they fail.to see you. Absolute disgrace of a practice. | |||||||
