Had blood pressure done at boots and told its low so get a blood test done, receptionist will not book a blood test for me..have to walk to dr which is half an hour away to take form in because boots could fax it to them..would they do this to their own mother? Could of read what form says over phone..

I have been ringing for the past 2 hours and no answer. Please don't tell me your phones are on ring when I know they're not because I had to take a trip into the surgery once because you wouldn't answer the phone. I rang the surgery whilst stood at the reception and couldn't hear the phones ring. You claim they're in the back offi e yet the receptionists are in the front. When you claim thanks for the feedback and looking at the feedback given, you still haven't sorted the issue out. You're making patients even more stressed by having your phones on buzz unable to hear them ring resulting in not answering. Fancy someone ringing 118 times before someone noticed the buzz light. It's not acceptable. The feedback you've been given over the last 12 months about your phones and still nothing done.

Been trying to see dr since jan 2021, for pain relief for spondylitis in my neck, so debilitating especially at work. Ring at 8am no one answers, why can't i make an appointment? I am so fustrated with the pain but no one seems to care
