Waiting for a repeat prescription for a very ill person its ridiculous ,Rang this afternoon 3 times and it says its closed ? had a walk round and it was which is unusual for a Thursday on the website it says closes at 6 30 ,Fed up to the back teeth with all this messing about !

The receptionists are pleasant but this morning I found the young receptionist to be rude and arrogant. I wonder if it's the same one that others are complaining about.

spoke to receptionist on the phone on 23rd September 2021 who was very helpful. later I received a call from the Doctor who advised that the symptoms I described could be serious. On ringing the surgery this morning and enqiring about a telephone call from the doctor as i wasn't sure if face to face or telephone calls were the norma. the receptionist, who may have had a bad weekend, really was most unhelpful in her manner. My past dealings with this surgery has always been so pleasant it was quite a surprise to deal with someone who attitude wasn't nice. We all really need to remember people ring who are maybe worried about health problems. I now realise the appointment are 3 weeks wait but surely you can speak to people as human beings.
