As a new patient,I am very sorry and disappointed to be writing this. I called into the surgery at 8am 26/4/19 to request a telephone consultation with a doctor as was very worried about something and needed their advice as I only saw them during the week. Receptionist booked that for me and said it would be after morning surgery. No phone call... After 4pm I rang again to be told the doctor rang and phone was engaged and rang 5minutes later,and still engaged. I work all day and had my phone on my desk next to me. I made no calls or received no calls as bot allowed phone calls at work. But got special permission off my boss to answer the call from a doctor. The receptionist said the doctor would ring me again after surgery has finished that night 26/4/19............Yet again no phone call. I have rung my mobile phone provider to ask of all calls for that day. None made,none received.........
