not happy with the service my 91 year old mom has been given not as a vuneralble oap with several underlying health issues she was checked regularly at her old gps who had closed since being here aporox 2 years had one check cqc did check apparently march 20 and stated the surgery is inadequate not hapoy at all

I find the Doctor to be quite rude and dismissive of my Diabetic testing results. The wrong replacement equipment for my blood glucose testing was prescribed twice and on the second occasion when I was told my prescription would be available to collect it had not been sent over when the surgery said it would be making myself and partner take several unnecessary trips to the pharmacy. The first time I called about the wrong prescriptions the lady at reception just told me they can not make an order to speak with pharmacy, at the pharmacy they told me I should actually go into the surgery to get them to take my situation seriously which caused more inconvenience but that's what it took for them to send over my prescription. Not a good service at all.
