The surgery is known by a good prompt staff yet here you have new faces every month if not week . I think people are un happy to work for them as it is a disgraceful place to work. I know personally staff that has resigned due to they institutional teething problems . The staff dont answer phones most time lines are down . Your doctor will never see you only a phone call in 2 weeks if your lucky . The main doctors names are they yet don't work . Also the cqc has not rated them since 2018 yet they showing a rate on system as good which is misleading . I believe they should not be alowed to operate any more .
