I called my doctors. Ask the receptionist if I could get an emergency prescription for my asthma pump as I had gone to Kent to a family funeral and was feeling very wheezy was told a doctor will call me at 4:50. It’s now 6:30 and no call and now the surgery is closed. I’m just so disgusted I have copd and came to Kent without my pump. I will be reporting them and coming out of that doctors. They are a disgrace.

Very worst GP service ever seen. I was on the phone line almost 35min for book an appointment last Wednesday, the receptionist staff pick up the phone and phone hang up. I called back Thursday I was waited 45min after they said no appointment available. I called today again I was on hold 41min, they said no appointment. Very worst GP I ever seen. The reception staff are rude and NOT well coming customer. Customer service are not standards. Always very hard to get appointment. VERY DISPOINTED
