The worst surgery I ever experience. Iv been very sick every second week after Christmas, but only twice was really serious, and was not able to get a doctor's appointment. Very hard to get them on the phone, Yesterday I manage to get through and once I describe my situation, I was placed on the emergency list and the Doctor have scheduled an appointment for 10 days later. Is this emergency care???? 10 days later the Doctor will examine the patience. | |||||||

Cannot get through on the telephone to make appointments. Have been trying to respond to a text message advising me to book for my annual COPD review for a long time and just can not get through on the phone.Even when on previous occasions I manage to get seen the doctors are terse and abrupt and do not follow up problems.I have been with this surgery for over 30 years but am currently looking for a new pratice as I do not feel safe trusting this pratice with my health. . | |||||||

I haven't called in to book an appointment in many years and frankly, I was dreading it. I was used to weeks upon weeks for waiting times and quick and snappy phone calls. However, on this occasion, I was shocked. I spoke to a receptionist who booked me an appointment face-to-face which was further then I wanted. However, she also offered me a telephone consultation which is a service I did not know about. She went the extra mile and booked that. I was pleased to say that based on my condition, a face-to-face was not really needed as I just needed referring to the hospital. This meant I could speak to a doctor sooner and not have to take time out of my day to sit around for a 2min referral. Super pleased with the fact the receptionist looked at alternatives for me! I really do help the service continues to improve and this receptionist can be at the forefront! | |||||||
