It's a say you say them. The reception staff are so clever at times you yourself you loose your temper. After cancelling appointments the receptionist forgot to cancel them. Out of the blue you receive a letter giving you 28 days to find another gp. Why because they say you haven't cancelled them. Then they have a meeting which in my opinion the patient should be present to discuss whether you can stay there. Because a complaint was put in I feel as if you are being penalised for it. When you have been with the practice long before D.V.G.P took over from Dr Goppinath I think that it is wrong. Dr Shepherd you can never see her and it is suppose to be her practic. I personally think that the medical problem we have is too hard for them and are snookered. It's disgusting what they have done and I'm prepared to take the matter further. You cannot get in to see a Dr and all they can say is phone at 8am. 203 times it took to get through and all appointments had gone. But when they want to see you a appointment is available. Of course when you point this out to them they disagree. You can also order a repeat prescription and items have not been included ie missed items of a repeat prescription. Personally I think that they should retrain their receptionist or sack them for their mistakes

Without a doubt the worst GP surgery I have had to use. Cannot book appointments in advance and spend 30 mins + every time I need to see a doctor (no call waiting feature, always engaged). Spent 3 months when I moved to the surgery arguing regarding what medication I can and cannot have on NHS. Even after providing proof from NICE they still refused, too further and managed to get the medication I needed. Al that said they do have one stand out doctor who cannot do enough for you, unfortunately no one else at the surgery thinks in this way.

I have been trying to contact the practice for the last half hour, 0850 to 0920 am, the line is permanently engaged, I've had poor service in the past and never commented, i feel i will have to start doing research to see if there is a more efficient practice elsewhere, making appointments is a absolute nightmare, i was at the hospital yesterday 8th May, they asked me to contact the surgery, I've tried and failed not going to keep doing this, no wonder the hospitals are so buisy.
