I am beyond words the more I have to deal with this surgery, which sadly is quite often as I have several things wrong with me and appear to be an inconvenience full stop. Total bunch of amateurs. The staff lie, poor communication between one another and the patient, issues go uninvestigated for months if not years and then lead to something even worse in the long run which cannot be helped or reversed in any way. Patients know their own bodies better than anyone but I don't feel listened to or taken seriously . They never read anything in your notes. Just a total headache. The CCG really ought to pull their finger out and do away with these VIDA places because they are going down hill fast by the day. They only see them at face value and not for what the patients encounter on a regular basis. The only Dr I would keep on is Dr Nimako as my opinion of him has changed since Dr Funnell sadly left years ago. As for the others they don't care and show no empathy.

Went in for one problem, Doctor stopped medication for other problems. did not examin me. Three days later another doctor reinstated my medication! Do the know what they are doing? Get more responce from Doctor Google! or perhaps thats why you have to tell the receptionist your problem so they can look up Dr Google
