Visited the Willows Medical Centre after speaking to my own Doctor's surgery. They gave me Willows as an out of hours number (afternoon). The call was answered immediately saying come at 2.45 pm about in 90 mins. When we arrived saw a excellent doctor who spent around 25 minutes and gave me a thorough examination and put my mind at rest. People moan about the NHS today but was dealt with very quickly and given good advice. | |||||||

Tried to book an appointment to see a Doctor over the telephone. Was told not able to book by telephone, but come in person to book an appointment!!! I need to see a Doctor this Ii totally unacceptable!!! | |||||||

Been with this practice a long time. My problem is when you call them and it says your number 1 in the queue, you then are kept on hold for at least 20 minutes! Why am I waiting so long at number 1, is there only 1 person answering the calls? I know its busy but so am I when I'm kept hanging on for so long, I also have a job to do and when I'm at work I can't keep holding for this long. I've been into the surgery a few times since Covid and every time there are around 5 receptionists there and the surgery is empty so why does it take so long to answer a phone! | |||||||
