Receptionists seem nice enough but 2 of the Drs I have dealt with seem to know very little about HRT and are more concerned about taking me off it despite reoccurring symptoms. Also had some results back recently that the Dr did not go to any length to discuss leaving me worried and concerned. Disgusted that no normal to face appointments are being offered since the pandemic is no longer an issue. They clearly haven’t looked into my medical history which concerns me. This is a new surgery for me having moved house but I am now looking for a replacement.

Horrible, rude and very disrespectful receptionist who has no customer service at all and is very rude on the phone and not helpeful in anyway. Iv been coming to this doctors all of my life and its fair to say i will never step foot in there again. Shocking service, shocking staff members and all round shocking place. I advise anyone who is considering going here to not even waste your time.

i used to really like this health centre I left a glowing review in 2017 How things have changed. It’s no longer a reliable place You can rarely get a gp appointment The online site has been down for over 8 weeks, making repeat prescriptions a nightmare to obtain, and despite constantly askingnooneseems to befixing it. Even when website running you could never book an appointment, keeps saying no appointments for next two months, well it’st says unavailable. I have been advised by two health professionals to leave as I’m not getting the care I need. I find myself in a dilemma I have a varied health history and need access to doctors, blood tests,(which they’re also not doing anymore)ease of obtaining my repeat prescriptions. I have to pay for taxis there and back to get my script,it’s awful that even after over 8 weeks there is nobody sorting the website, you would expect it to be important. They won’t take prescriptions on phone you have to put request in box in surgery, It is not the patient error it’s the practice. There seems to be more negativity than ever, Reviews are dreadful Why?
