Both Dr. Speers and Fipps-Jones are excellent doctors and very good when ever I have had dealings with them. What let's the surgery down is having to go through the phone system to book an appointment, if you ask for a doctor you usually end up with a nurse practitioner, even referred to an Optician, who they stated can write prescriptions, which when I asked said Optician said no they could not. They refer to walk-in centre as also having Drs they don't. I assume this is a private company providing the phone service which is poor. Go into the actual surgery and reception staff are excellent and very helpful. Please Drs Speers and Fipps-Jones just come back and run the just Queen St surgery, a regular family surgery that used to be the norm.
