This surgery is a disgrace to the medical profession! The nurse is the only person there with professional integrity. I cannot speak for the doctor as an appointment face to face is impossible. It is also taking approximately 2 weeks to get a prescription sorted if they use Wakefield Pharmacy. Also, when checking about prescriptions, quite often you are told the day the prescription was sent to the pharmacy and then this particular pharmacy will say they got the prescription 4/5 days later! Do they use carrier snail! I would love to move surgeries but the ones in my area are not taking on new patients. What happened to the patient charter! |

30 times I tried to make an appointment. 30 times! Calling each minute from 8 to 8:30. They let it ring off every time (they were definitely open, I can see the building). This is following 3 WEEKS of calling later than 8:30 only to be told there are no slots left in their garbage triage system. They're an absolute joke. If you can go literally anywhere else I cannot recommend doing so enough. |
