Had angina 10 years,only person that ever said angina was me, none of the 20 doctors I saw,ever said it.Just told me why I did nt have it ! Eventually diagnosed by specialist (private).
Hard to get prescriptions,even when lines supposedly open.Only seem to answer phone 1600 - 1800 hrs.
Last one biggest laugh ! Broken quads in knee,cant drive or leave house.Trying to register "Pharmacy2U".for home delivery of prescription...have to register with my PRACTICE IN PERSON armed with licence or passport....Been at this practise 15 years !!! Have to get my son to do a 30 mile round trip after work for medication !! CANT REGISTER in person coz cant leave house .You could nt make it up.Its now I need at home service.When I'm well enough to go register, I wont need to. | |||||||

Tried to book an appointment, but the first available bookable appointment was 3 weeks away. I work long hrs so so not wasnt to sit in a doctor's waiting room for 2 hrs to see a doctor for 10 mins!
Very poor surgery, I will be changing. | |||||||

Really can not fault this surgery. Everyone I have dealt with from receptionists to Drs and nurses inc the office staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Yes you have to wait a little longer for an appt sometimes but you are always given the choice to come sit and wait as a regular visitor i would just like to say a big thankyou ?? | |||||||
