Although I don't make a habit of making complaints I was just so upset about some advice I was given regarding my on going battle with depression and anxiety I just had to vent my disappointment at how I was treated. I`m on long term medication and receiving counsellering regarding this matter but there are times when I suffer from acute attacks of anxiety and need medication for this to take as and when needed,so I make an appointment to see the g.p only to be told by the g.p that I cannot have any of this medication and I should try and relax by reading a book or magazine.If they had any insight into the condition anxiety you do not tell someone who is suffering from an acute attack of anxiety to read a book or a magazine. feel extremely let down. The rest of the staff that work there are extremely helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you so a big thankyou to them.
