Patronising call centre staff, long waiting times, no face to face appointments . Was told by staff that I should go to A and E for something that could have been sorted in five minutes over the phone . Terrible service

What a terrible practice now due to the merger, it’s life threatening for someone like me who can’t get vital medication within five or more days .

i have been on line for my repeat prescriptions for a few years trid to sign up to new apps or what ever you call them go throgh all the crap of filling it in only to be told that i need to get information from my gp to compleat it takes 2 to 3 hours to get throug on phone only to get told i carnt see my gp for this information and they will call within the next few days (which is normally 2 to 3 weeks) so in the mean time do we stop taking the tabelets or do we just die of covid to make up the numbers all you do is just complicate matters i shall gate crashing the surgery to get get my repeat prescription so hopefully i wont be keeping your covid deaths on the up nobody seems to be dieing of anything else for yhe past 12months
