Get all the way through to them then they hang up without speaking to me then I have to ring all over again and go back into back of the que this is out of order and the receptionist needs to go if she just hanging up on people when they have problems to be solved I am not happy in the slightest your supposed to be here to help but dont know the difference between picking up and putting down the phone so someone

Having waited about 25 mins to get an actual receptionist (i was 14th in the queue). I was greeted by a very abrupt and really quite rude receptionist. Who was not prepared to listen to my medical ailment. She interrupted me and said ‘there are no appointments left and there is nothing I can do!’. I realised she might have been ‘fending’ off disgruntled patients but I was not rude to her! I asked her about the emailing service hoping I could get something for the tremendous pain I am in. She begrudgingly told me to look on the Riverside Website and follow the instructions it gave me. The website would not ‘load’ correctly. My husband tried and managed to get on but said it was no easy job. So here I am at 70 with terrible pain in my right shoulder. I cannot dress myself,hand out the washing etc. I have been with this practice from the beginning. I feel let down and abandoned. Other practices are up and running for some time with short waiting times. What is wrong with Riverside??
