I became a patient of this practise 5 years ago when I relocated home. Prior to this I have been a patient of various practises in west London and the south where I lived for work. The service and experience I have received from this surgery has been diabolical and the very worst compared to other surgeries I have been a patient of for over 40 years. Appointments are near on impossible to get, waiting times for the telephone operator to answer are unacceptable, the information and advise given from heath advisors is inconsistent and often incorrect, messages are not relayed to the correct person or department, and call backs are received either late or never at all. The surgery has failed completely to offer me follow up advise or offer care,support and help to an ongoing health condition which continues to effect my quality of life. I am at present thinking of changing surgeries or going private.

Rang with a ongoing problem 26th may and have been told a doctor will ring me 15th june, disgraceful

I wouldn't recommend this doctors sugery to anyone you can neaver get through lines are allways busy 67 or 75 In que at 8oclock in morning come on you only just opened then doctors down there very necglectfull receptionist staff rude and not polite at all talk down to you no respect what's so ever where moveing doctors if anyone had any sense not to go there I could go on about how many people have said how bad it's there please don't go to this doctors sugery rubbish end of
