Thank you for your comments and taking time to inform us of the problems you have experienced. We do welcome feedback good and bad as it helps us to shape our services.
We are very sorry to learn that you are dissatisfied with the telephone and appointment systems. We are a very busy practice and try hard to ensure that all our patients have access to the most appropriate care.
We have trained our reception team in care navigation, and use a triage system to ensure that all patients are offered the most suitable appointment with the correct service. This could be a GP, Advanced nurse practitioner, Pharmacist, Practice nurse, Health care assistant or even a referral to an external service.
Once again, we are very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction; we hope that the changes we have made will improve your experience in the future.
