Had the need to see a Doctor quickly but not urgently and needed an appointment around my work schedule.Telephoned and got a same day appointment with a lovely sympathetic Doctor who explained everything thoroughly.
Can't fault this surgery, all the years I have been registered there I have absolutely no complaints.All the staff I have dealt with(Doctors,Nurses &Receptionists) have been polite and helpful.

I have been on their Patients list for well over 30 years, and whilst none of us want to visit the Doctors, sometimes it becomes necessary. When that time does come, and that is usually more often as we get older, you get that feeling that the staff (Receptionists', Nurses, Health Care, and Doctors') at College Lane are there to help, and want to help us the Patients' to get back to the best of health.
In the last few months, my health as been given a sideways knock, but the Doctor's, one in particular, have been there to give advice, encouragement and great attention to my care, with nothing being to much trouble.
College Lane Surgery, should be proud of the service they extent to their Patients.
