Have found the practice admin frustratingly dismissive and disorganised in the past, particularly regarding having the wrong test results posted to my medical record. The level of care I received some years ago had eroded my confidence in the practice because in my opinion, it led to permanent hearing loss (due to failure to take my concerns regarding a severe ear infection seriously at multiple appointments which eventually led to mastoiditis and a permanently perforated ear drum) However I’m pleased to say the level of care my son received recently from Dr Norbury- Robinson has been outstanding. She has surpassed our families level of expectation and should be complimented. I really hope she stays! |

Today I have been disappointed with the manor in which I have been dealt with, I think I’m having a breakdown and all the dr says is what would you like me to do? Three times later I explain my personal circumstances to be fobbed off with, well it’s up to you how we treat you.
Since when did we as patients become dr Google
Disgusting behaviour, and why have this practice never been reported? |

I've been a member of this surgery for a year now and this is honestly the worst one I've encountered. They have sent my prescriptions to my old surgery, despite me asking that this is changed over on three separate occasions. The receptionists are very rude and do not have good people skills or a regard for patient care. I'm currently pregnant and I was met with a rude receptionist who rolled her eyes at me when I tried to get more medication for a pregnancy related condition. My experience with the nurses and midwife has been fantastic but the reception staff are truly appalling. |
