Have been waiting for a scan referral for a lump mass in my leg. 4 to 6 weeks was the time estimate it’s over 10 weeks have rang several times been told to wait and now the referral is not found by receptionist waiting for secretary to call me back. Couldn’t wait until she was free as apparently receptionist can’t keep trying the extension. It’s very worrying to find any kind of lump I have been in the position with this practice where the referral has not been followed through with paper work. Patients are not numbers we worry and just wish to be checked out in a reasonable time scale which seems an impossible task these days it’s very sad. |

The surgery thinks the patient should do all the chasing up as to why an appointment with CT scan has not been made. I am at my wits end no help at all from this doctors surgery . |
