I'm really lucky to have such a good surgery. Even if they can't see you they will call.you q d they fone across just as caring as if you were sat in front if them. Dr Jones and Dr Hawkshead ty for being so caring I really needed you last year and you were there for me. The receptionist are also fantastic. Yeah they have no choice but to ask whsts wrong its part of their job. Just like the old days you couldn't see a Dr without running the gauntlet. I for one have no problems with anything I just think they are the best surgery around and would be sadly missed if the resource was gone.

I would not ever change my Doctors. One Doctor has been looking after me for over ten years.He really is a fantastic Doctor he listens,he lets you make informed choices on your care he will go out of his way to help you how ever he can.All the receptionist staff are polite and helpful and really care they do a great Job which can be extremely demanding.I have no negative comments other than sometimes it can be very hard to get an appointment but the GPs have many patients to look after so I accept this.The Nurses are helpful and caring I love everything about Kippax Hall I will never leave finding a good Doctors is harder and harder now I can say Kippax Hall works because they have every patient at the heart of what they do patient centred care all round.

the reception staff and doctors are always friendly and understand and so are most of the nursing staff. Sometimes struggle for same day appointments but that's to be expected really - if you need a doctor you don't mind waiting as they are good at accommodating emergency appointments and telephone consultations. I always feel cared for when I leave and cannot thank them enough! Especially the doctor :)
