Extremely rude receptionist, Sharon I think her name was , just a joke overall

Can never get through when you ring them, the call does not even put you in a queue like other surgeries and what would be the standard way to handle large call volumes, but it just cuts you off. Not only this is unsafe for patients as someone needing medical assistance cannot get one but a huge inconvenience. When I did manage to get through (hour later) I was told there was no appointment today to ring back tomorrow at 8am. But when you ring at this time no one answers.

This doctors surgery is just a joke, I can never get through to make an appointment and if I go down I get abuse because “i should telephone them from 8am” which I do every time, then if I do get past the “sorry your call can’t be connected at present” message I’m on hold for up to an hour to then be cut off, on this occasion my 7 year old daughter is ill with an ear infection so will now have to drag her across Leeds to find an emergency doctors surgery which is diabolical as I should have access to the one that’s pretty much on my doorstep, not to mention it’s almost 30 degrees outside, who wants to do that when they’re being violently sick from infection????
