Try to call the doctors today I only git the reception lady from Colton mill on the phone given me a load abuse saying he needs to come to the surgery to see a doctor I says he carnt today the DN are coming to see him to do his legs my husband a new diabetic patient and I carnt even get my insulin needles that surgery is a joke set of joke people

I requested a home visit yesterday . No doctor arrived , when i called to complain i was told i was on the WRONG list ??. A doctor is supposed to be calling today

Appointment system is a shambles. I am told to ring on the day at 8.15 - I'm a mobile engineer travelling a lot of mileage each day and having to set off at 6am, so I really need a prebooked appointment. I can then only ring on the day to get an appointment for 1 day only the following week. My issue is ongoing (arthritis) so need appointments now and then, not always something I need on the actual day though. Registered online to try and prebook appointments - no appointments showing. For people who work, this appointment system is the most ridiculous system ever. Last time I tried to make an appointment for the following week when they have "one day only" appointments - I was told they only had one bookable appointment that day which was at 2pm0. I have just been told to try and make an appointment when I have a day off work!! Says it all really! The whole NHS is going to pot, but then the appointment system of this practice does not help one bit!
