Myself and my family have been under the care of Dr Browning, Dr Sanderson and the rest of the great Dr's there for many years. It was a sad day when we had to leave the practice but it was due to moving to the coast and unfortunately they could not cover that far. If we could have stayed with them then we would have as all the GPs there have a fantastic manner of which nothing is too much trouble. If ever there is a change in the system whereby we can live by the coast and still have Lofthouse Surgery then we would definitely jump at the chance. I honeslt cannot imagine ever finding another surgery that can match Lofthouse Surgery. | |||||||

We have always found the clinicians extremely helpful and caring at this surgery but have experienced a particularly rude and aggressive reception staff member recently with an astounding lack of empathy.
When trying to complain to the Practice Manager she would not take the call and subsequently hasn't returned our call to speak about her staff member. Going through an acutely worrying health issue to be met with this treatment adds to the already soaring stress levels. | |||||||
