Am on repeat prescriptions, which arrive every 4 weeks in 4 dosette boxes. I also have a prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis which is not included in my dosette box Which must be sent to pharmacy from a GP. The GP is not sending this prescription to pharmacy and this leaves me without. The pharmacy has stopped delivering these separately, and will only deliver along withe the dosette boxes. I have been for a blood test today which is taken at 3 monthly intervals, to make sure the medication is keeping my rheumatoid under control. All it takes is for the GP to send my prescription through to pharmacy. Pharmacy is blaming the GP for not sending my prescription to them.

Generally wait on average 30 minutes in a queue to speak to a receptionist. Be prepared to wait a month to see a doctor. Not fit for purpose and getting worse.
