I firstly would like to point out that this has been my local GP for all my life (27 years). This has also been my mothers and fathers GP for over 30 years.
Thers is one particular receptionist i have found to be not only unproffesional but who is extremely rude. Every time I have spoken to this person I have just felt distressed and simply shocked after each call. This has obviously been going on for awhile now and nothing has been done.
I am a full UK taxpeyer and incudling my whole family which shouldnt even matter to be honest but how can someone who is working to help people making their lives more miserable?
I have had mulptipe incidents. Last week was the final straw and soemthing needs to be done/said. | |||||||
