My Mum has required home visits of late due to her condition deteriorating and in both occasions of requesting a home visit we have had both the practitioner nurses out. What lovely ladies. Both have been approachable, knowledgeable caring supportive of me and my mum and also quick to organise things for mum. My mum has felt their examinations have been thorough and felt confident with them. One of the nurses has gone above and beyond in supporting me and I feel I can contact her at any time should I be concerned about mum. She gives me confidence in the service. Thank you. Having not been anywhere near my GP practice for a few years I have been three times in the last fortnight. Firstly the telephone system is excellent. A really clear message explaining what to do and a nice add on from the practice manager explaining the receptionist may ask me questions - the impact of which I volunteered my information without having to be asked. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. On each occasion I have been directed to the appropriate Clinician - GP, ANP and practice nurse. On each visit I have not waited longer than 5 minutes for my appointment time. The ANP was straight to the point and dealt with the issue. The practice nurse was friendly and chatty and put me at ease. The GP listened and spent time understanding what I was seeking by way of next steps. And as an added bonus I was able to get some blood tests on the same day as a the GP appointment due to a cancellation. Thank you!
