Not a very good practise, very unreliable and have no regard for patient welfare, removing patients prior to medical examinations and blood tests. No longer having a register gp will effect my claim for capabilites to work. How are the dwp going to assertain information on my medical history and issues. Very spiteful, after question their approach to my health and not able to provide sufficient conclusion. I wouldn't recommend, they surgery is very unprofessional and there are better in the area.

That rude woman on reception needs to leave immediately. Her attitude when I asked for an appointment was appalling!

This surgery has worst gps I have even seen. They are rude and arrogant they won’t listen to you not they want to help you. They are just doing their paper work and get rid of patients. I had swollen feet and severe pain but doctor said it’s not serious and didn’t prescribe any medicine. She also didn’t bother to see me due to Covid. When I changed my Gp my new Gp gave me appointment to see me and changed my medicine which was really helpful. Batley health centre disgusting doctors if you can’t treat a patient close your surgery please.
