This surgery used to be an excellent practice a few years ago. But then the previous doctor retired, and the new lot came along. That's when it changed. One is either misdiagnosed or fobbed off as long as they can avoid sending you to see a consultant.

Absolutely shocking service the drs are barely out of school and don’t know what they are doing. I got misdiagnosed 3 times I had to take my self to the hospital to get properly diagnosed. I strongly don’t recommend these at all

I recently left this practice best move i have ever made. I was misdiagnosed with an issue which caused a lot of stress. I went back 3 times about the same thing to be told it was nothing to worry about and no referral given. I was spoken to in a condescending manner on numerous occasions and no referral given for the issue which turned out to be something that needed removing and was extremely uncomfortable. Also my anxiety was blamed for making the issue worse, as soon as anxiety is on your notes you get frowned upon. Luckily I went private and had it sorted. My new doctors are amazing and I feel really listened to and supported. The nurses at the practice here are lovely and caring but some of the doctors need a few bedside and caring manner overhauls and actually listen to patients and not blame everything on anxiety.
