Over many years this surgery has provided excellent care for my Mother. In recent years her condition has becone more complicated and alarming; all the staff, includng receptionists, nurses and doctors have always been understanding, respectful and patient. Every doctor we have ever seen has been approachable, has listened well and has explained things carefully. I have been repeatedly impressed by their willingness to help and their attention to detail. Furthermore, every time I have mentioned to neighbours and friends how impressed I am with this surgery, they have always responded with their own admiration, appeciation or praise, so I know that the surgery is very highly thought of locally. In these times when the NHS is under so much pressure, it is amazing that the staff at this surgery do such a wonderful job.
