We have been patients of our GP for several years. The service we have been given has been outstanding. We have found our doctor to not only be an excellent diagnostician but also kind caring and very respectful. Being caring and highly professional seems to be the ethos of the practice as the nurses are also excellent and have time to listen, answer any queries and re- assure. The receptionists are lovely, we have never had a problem getting an appointment either on the same day as ring or within a couple of days. We have never experienced even a hint of impatience with us or with anyone else who we see arrive at the reception desk. I am happy to recommend this surgery to anyone. My only worry is that someday the doctor will retire.

The staff are friendly and treat you with respect. You are involved with making choices about your care and are given time to make your choices. When having a consultation with the nurse or doctor you do not feel as if you are being hurried along to make way for the next patient.
