Both my husband and myself are under the care of Dr R Mitchell and Dr O Mitchell, who are without doubt the very best GPs we have ever had. It’s no problem getting an appointment to be seen the same day if its appropriate. Very knowledgeable and experienced and treats everyone with such kindness, attention and professionalism. We cannot praise the surgery highly enough from reception staff, nurse and both GPs - simply the very best.

Our family of four have been registered with this surgery for almost 20 years and have had consistently excellent service.With the ability to see the doctor on the day you are ill, the practice really stands out when you hear the palava some people have to go through to see their Doctor.That aside, you always feel you have been treated like a human being with great professional, personal care and attention, rather than a just a number to achieve some arbitrary target. As well as providing a traditional community type of service, the practice is fully wired in to wider NHS services and contacts, which has been of tremendous benefit to me personally. Yes, there is joined up thinking here!! The icing on the cake is the follow up calls, letters and text messages the practice takes the time to provide, above and beyond what you would expect from very busy professionals. I'm glad the NHS provide a platform to express our views and hope that this excellent practice receives the recognition it deserves.

We have known the doctor for over twenty five years and always found him the most pleasant of people to deal with. His knowledge and experience fills you with complete confidence that you are receiving the best treatment and advice.
