This morning 25 June 2024 I called to Core Care Family Practice asking for an appointment,I was 4th in the queue , when receptionist answered my call she was asking me for date of birth so I give her my DOB and she said “I can’t hear you very well “so I replied my DOB . Receptionist said “I can’t hear your “and call was disconnected. This morning I made few calls from my phone and Nobody was saying “Bad connection of call “. Two weeks ago I called reception for GP call appointment. I call them at 8.00am after my call was answered I asked for call from GP about my bad blood results but just after 1.00pm. I working from 5.00am till 1.00pm so the same day I received 2 calls from GP but at 10.00am and I was unable for answering. This calls was not the first time when I asked for afternoon appointments. One of receptionists when I asking for appointments and she recognised different accents she starting to be Rude and even putting calls down she’s name is Deby. I call once again from different phone number And after she recognised my voice she said “ I have people on line “and she has been putting down call without any explanation. Anytime when she is on the phone as receptionist always have received bad experience. She is Very unprofessional and unpleasant for pane and my wife. | |||||||

Tried to see a doctor and was told still not seeing patients got to send a picture on line. I'm not brilliant with these things but tried to give it ago but failed miserably it kept telling me to log on again but then it said someone already had that log in yes I know that's me but changed password and still couldn't get on. Time to find a new doctor who cares | |||||||

Every time I try to get an appointment I don’t manage to get in to see the doctor I just get prescribed tablets that I don’t need and that don’t work I get sick notes every month and my doctor hasn’t even seen me and doesn’t actually know any of my symptoms the receptionist is rude and has an attitude | |||||||
