I have been a patient of this practice from the outset and still feel it is the best. All the staff are friendly and efficient and there is never a problem arranging an appointment. Both Doctors listen to your problems and are very clear as to their treatment decisions. The fact that the practice is small gives you the feeling that you are not just a number.

I was let down badly by my previous GP and ended up in hospital really ill after having my daughter. I lost all my confidence in Doctors after that. I moved to this practice as my Mum and Dad recommended I moved and said that this practice was lovely. I think the GP is a brilliant doctor who explains and recommends the best ways to releive symptoms! They are the only Doctor that I feel I can trust and doesn't make me feel stupid. My bad experience has really made me an anxious person and I feel that the doctor listens to me and gives me the best advice they can. I would recommend the doctor to anyone. However... I dislike phoning the surgery now as sometimes i feel that certain telephone staff (Not all of them) are a little abrupt with me and this doesnt help anxious patients, it left me feeling upset. I understand that they need to prioritise patients... but not interrogate! I have had on going problems that have made me worry about my health as it is, now I worry about calling for an appointment.
