Customer service and its efficiency has transformed and improved greatly over the last couple of years. After our favourite (male) doctor has left (a proper, old school doctor, who surely will be missed by many) we were a bit worried that level of care won't be the same any more. Luckily we were wrong. Thanks to some new faces and innovative solutions getting an answer has never been easier. Just a quick note to patients criticising admin staff- those girls have a very stresfull and demanding job which isn't limited to answering phone calls and marking patients as arrived. We think that you deserve as much recognition as clinical staff.

I moved to this area 18 months’ ago and consider myself very lucky to have been able to register with this practice. I am fortunate enough not to need to see a doctor very often but knowing I can see one on the same day if I go in before 10 am is truly fantastic and the envy of my friends who struggle to get appointments elsewhere. I have only needed to use the open surgery twice with conditions that benefited from starting appropriate treatment without delay. I would suggest patients are more likely to take responsibility for their own health if they know they can be seen quickly rather than clog up the system with appointments days ahead “just in case”. From day one I received a warm welcome from everyone in the practice.
