This surgery is fine if you want to make appointments more than 2 weeks in advance. Unfortunately when you are ill you don't tend to get 2 weeks notice of it. Yet again turning up at 8am to get an appointment for that day has proved to be futile, you get fobbed off with a we will give you call later this morning. IF they ring you back, you are asked numerous questions by a nurse who then decides if you are able to see a doctor. An absolute pot luck system and not something you expect from your local GP. This surgery used to be good but like all other surgeries they get way too many patients and they cannot manage them all. | |||||||

Telephone for a appointment with my GP over heath worries to get some call back from a nurse asking me what’s wrong and that she doesn’t think I need to see my own GP , so basically after me telling her she is not qualified as a GP and I feel like my own health is at her judgement to be told I’m rude and given me an appointment in 5 days time and her then putting the phone down on me . I pay for all my prescriptions pay my taxes and national insurance to be treated like this , so much for the NHS and patient comes first rubbish | |||||||

Been on the phone for 1 hour 30 minutes now and have been told I'm number 1 in the que air for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous never know a surgery like It. Think it's maybe time for a change | |||||||
