i called the surgery to gain some test results only to be answered by a very rude lady called fay, she was uncompassionate and spoke to me like I was something she stood on, beggars belief how she got a job dealing with people is beyond me, even wild animal get treated better. On speaking to fellow patients in the waiting room they seem to have the same opinion, no body wanting to approach the desk whilst she is on. Unbelievable.

They are rude doctors talk all over you certain reception staff are extremely rude constantly threatening to strike patients from their list complaints don't always get resolved and nothing ever gets done about them. Not a trustworthy surgery.
