This practice has looked after me and my family for the last twelve years. Although gp's and the NHS generally are under terrific strain this practice and its team of staff seem to buck the trend. The reception staff are friendly, approachable and often go above and beyond. Nothing like receptionists are often portrayed The medical team have always looked after us brilliantly. Giving us their time and patience and making us feel confident in the whole consultation process. All in all an outstanding practice. Keep up the good work

I cannot speak too highly of all the staff at Traingate. I have a few longstanding medical problems including a heart attack. I have never had a problem obtaining an appointment. The doctors who have more recently joined the practice have been well versed in the standards required by the partners and are a credit to the practice. Having had some problems with Scunthorpe general Hospital (Appointment cancelled 7 times from March to September) I was greatly assisted by the doctor - thank you. We are so lucky to have these doctors and this practice in general. Thank you again.

I have just moved into the Village and I was able to see a doctor within 2 days. The sraff are very helpful and friendly. The online repeat prescription service works very well and I especially like the fact you collect the completed prescription from the chemist without having to collect the prescription first. You can message your doctor and request referrals. They take very good care of you
