As a new patient to Rother House. I would like to give some very positive feed back on my experience so far. My first visit and returned visit today with the phlebotomist was wonderful. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. Having a blood test is never an easy experience but she made it stress-free. A soon as I sat down she instantly put me at ease. A massive thank you to the phlebotomist and the team.

As a patient with a significant long term term disability I've been a patient at this practice for some years + have given positive reviews previously. In mid January I phoned at 8am on a Monday morning as I knew I needed to see a GP urgently +30 mins later I saw the duty doctor who spent over more than half an hour with me. They identified a significant problem that I had not realised + arranged for a FCB and ongoing physical tests while issuing antibiotics too. Several weeks later life is a little quieter, tests repeated, improvements seen + after diagnostic checks an appropriate consultant has been seen too. I have a forward plan that I can self manage with support which will be overseen by the practice. Thank you to all staff, medical and administrative. Thank you.

I had occasion to visit the Doctor twice, within the month of March 2015. On both occasions I was able to book an appointment easily with pleasant and helpful receptionists. On booking, it was made easier for me as I was prepared to be seen by any Doctor. Waiting time was brief on both visits and I was treated with concern. Medication was offered with full review of bloods and relevant X ray. A totally successful series of treatments.
