Waited 1 hour patient 100 in the queue still only position 30

Took my son who has mental health issues as he had given himself a concussion during a period of self harming, after spending 90 minutes trying to get the appointment in the first place. The doctor wasn't the least bit interested and told me there is nothing he could do regarding his mental health as psychiatry isn't his field. I walked out in disgust and am now going to change practices. I have absolutely no faith whatsoever in this surgery

Took the morning off work to receive a phone appointment after 6 hrs of waiting after the appointment time the phone goes to say clinition cannot do appointment as not qualified. One hour 16mins of waiting on the phone it get answered with a rude person who just could not give a dam GARBAGE PRACTICE
