I have an ongoing issue that has deteriorated. Called in at Epworth surgery at 8am this morning to request an appointment. Had an appointment and a thorough chat with GP at 8.45, medication sorted and sent for blood test at 11.35 today which also was very well organised. Can't fault them, a big thank you | |||||||

They have become too obsessed with Covid and forgotten to treat the public with the respect and kindness they deserve, not a pleasant place to have to visit. | |||||||

Just had first Covid injection, only a couple of days after my age group became allowed. Amazed at how the practice had dealt with parking (by having Marshall’s) the flow of individual patients never crossing paths, the speed of treatment, then the courteous wait after treatment before release. It would be difficult, if not impossible, to better the organisation at this practice. A massive thank you to John Gallagher and all of the team. So impressed that 5* rating is not nearly enough. | |||||||
