Just had an early appointment with Dr Underwood who really put my mind at rest and was so understanding. Thank you to the reception team for getting me in so quickly and to Dr Underwood for his kindness. To the very busy lady on reception thank you. L

Been going to this doctors surgery since I moved to beverley in 2009. Friendly doctors and reception really look after me and my family there.

I rang at 2.50pm today with a medical concern, not sure whether it warranted an appointment. Triaged very effectively by the receptionist. Was advised a GP would contact me in the next few hours. GP rang me within 10mins. Asked me to come in at 4pm but advised there may be a wait as they were short staffed. Arrived 3.50pm, seen by 4.05pm, home by 4.30pm. What awesome service.
