Routine appointments typically 3 weeks - poor. Previous GPs typically 3 days for routine appointments. Duty appointments available via call back and when you are allowed an appointment, worked well. Attended 4 GPs from this surgery for head injury and not one carried out examination following being unconscious and then vomiting for two days. Trying a 5th still headaches and pain after 3 months. Nice new building. Would grade experience overall as adequae.

Everytime my family and I have needed to see a GP, I have always been able to get an appointment. The Drs and administration team are always amazingly friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Everytime I have left the surgery i thank my lucky stars that I have the Beckside centre as my place to go to for medical assistance.
