I experienced exceptional care and recommend without hesitation. The doctor I saw went out of his way to provide me with reassurance and ensure that all issues relating to my treatment were completely covered. His thoughtful and caring attitude was gratefully appreciated when I was so anxious. He explained the treatment required and kept me informed throughout. Because of the perceived severity of my ailment, this doctor made a huge difference to how I felt and I wish to pass on my sincere thanks to him for all he did for me. As I had had a recurring cough since early February I thought it wise to have a check-up and was advised by the North Bransholme Clinic to attend. I arrived at 8.00 a.m and was seen very promptly. My temperature, blood pressure and chest were all checked out and greatly reassured all was well I was out of the building by 8.30. I was given advice on how to treat the cough and that if it still persisted for several more weeks it would be wise to see my own GP about having a chest X-ray. All the staff were extremely helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending attending though I am not sure how busy things get later in the day.
